Walk and Talk

Therapy Appointment

Movement is a form of therapy, spending time outdoors is also a form of therapy and one that some doctors are even starting to diagnose regularly to their patients. For many of us it can feel like our thoughts come easier when we are moving.

If this sounds like you, Walk and Talk may be a form of therapy you would benefit from.

You will get all the benefits of traditional therapy, like creating a collaborative plan with your therapist and participating in discussions about your aspirations and efforts, all while spending time outside.

The most common question people ask is “what about my privacy?”

Though there is no guarantee that you and your therapist will be alone in the parks or paths you choose to meet, we have taken the time to find the trails and locations that offer little foot traffic and multiple direction options to help maintain distance from others and privacy for your appointment.
